Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Kiran patil from Service guru is fraud. He keeps updating his work locations and adds fake reviews for the work done. Please don't go for Service Guru as he removes some parts from your television and adds faulty parts and overcharges them. He will never answer your call later. Adding his pics and poor reviews from other sources. Beware of Service Guru.

This guy is like fraud, He took our tv for repair and after that not picking phone, no response. Address is also wrong. Even he challenged to do police complaint but some how we got it back after 15 days without getting it repaired.

My LG LED Tv was a having an issue, I took a service from this service center. Their response was good, They service man came and find out that issue, There was some motherboard & IC issue, The service man replaced the parts, His service is really Excellent Now my Tv is working good, They charged me 4500 for this service, I am satisfied with their service.

Never came to service the request. Made me wait for 2 days giving me various timings but never came. I had a deadline which I missed due to him...very poor service...does not even have the courtesy to acknowledge that he cannot come even after talking to me multiple times over the phone. At last, the classic solution...not even picking up my calls. Disgusted with such service professionals

I don't know why there is no zero star in option, this man is complete fraud, he don't know to rep@ir anything. He charged 2000 rs for fridge repair, fridge dint start. And now since 3 days am calling him he is not answering the call, if picked up telling am coming in half hour and then not coming. This happened atlest 6 times. Don't call this man at your home
