SFA Motorcycle Rental Kodambakkam Chennai

This has to be the worst bike rental service providers across India! They run a scam under the name of SFA. It seems more like a shady business just to milk cash from customers. I'm sharing my experience in detail here. 1. I initially called them to find out charges for a 2 days bike rental. I was not informed about any additional charges and infact was promised a discount since i was availing it for 2 days 2. At the SFA office, i learnt about additional taxes on the rental which was exorbitant and then they lied to us about the helmet charges by overcharging 3. I asked them for the discount which was discussed over call and they waived off the "extra" that they charged me for the helmet! Wow, sounds like what brands do in a sale, hike the prices and then reduce it by a little, to give an illusion of sale!

One of the worst vehicle rental guys i have ever encountered. An illiterate guy comes with bike and asks me to share my wife contact details for him to give me bike. I asked him what is the guarantee that you & your clan wont misuse the contact details of my wife & my sister that you force me to divulge to take a bike? He says thats how he works & he isnt liable if data is misused. Very arrogant people. Totally untrained. One Ms. Banu is keen on taking advance money in her personal account & never returning it. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. Total cheats !!

Good service, I received from this SFA Motorcycle Rental, Kodambakkam, I contacted them for a Hero Honda Splendour+ new model with self-start bike rental for one day to travel within Chennai. They have charged me Rs 500 per day, and since I have crossed 150 km they charged Rs 5 per km so for 56km Rs 280, totally I paid Rs 780 which was reasonable. Only thing is they are asking Rs 2000 as the advance which I feel high. If they charge Rs 1000 it will be good. They have provided me with a prompt response. I am happy with their service.

Taken a Non geared bike for rent from this travels through this business website. they really provided me a very good assistance.also they charged me a nominal price for that employment as a rental cost. it's around 500 only. overall this was a satisfactory assistance which they assist me.

It's a good service I got from this bike rental service center.I had taken the Two-wheeler rental services and their response was really very nice and took the rental for only one day purpose and it's a geared bike, they have taken service charge for that one day around 1200, as well as bike condition was nice. It's good to get the two-wheeler for rentals from this center.
