It is an AC room with a western toilet. Each one has an individual cupboard. It is not a hostel but a 3 bedroom apartment and I take only 10 boys. There is a full fledged kitchen with fridge, gas stove, vessels mixie. toaster, RO for drinking water etc. and the boys do their own cooking. There is a washing machine for clothes. There is a TV with airtel connection and a 2 wheeler parking. The rent is taken in advance and one month rent is taken as deposit, which is returned to you the day you leave. There is a maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month. Electricity for AC usage alone is chargeable and is shared by the occupants of the room. The rent is 7k per month for 3 sharing and 6 k for 4 sharing .
