Please do not book with these people. Mr.Rizwan whom i contacted when i wanted to go to Istanbul promised me that he'll get everything done on time but left me in lurch at the last moment saying that he cannot get the visa. The reason he said that was that we didn't pay him, though we were ready to pay and i was personally calling him so many times and messaging, mailing him from April 8th. And our flights were booked on April 28th. Till 17th he didn't do anything and his staff blamed us saying we did not pay (he didn't pick up the phone when we were in distress). We had an appointment to meet someone in Istanbul and so many other plans were ruined and we lost a hefty amount when we cancelled our international flight to and fro. I would recommend not to contact these people.
