The details of the service centers are mentioned on the box in which the equipment was delivered to you. You shall comply with the usage terms of the equipment as per the equipment user manual provided with the box containing the equipment. Any use of the equipment in breach of the user manual would not entitle the user the warranty to the equipment. The option of repair or replacement of the equipment shall be solely decided by the OEM, and the decision of the OEM shall be final and binding on the purchaser of the equipment. The Purchaser acknowledges that Aircel shall assist the purchaser in the warranty claims with the OEM.
