Shiva's Mulund West Mumbai

Shivarama Bhandary or 'Shiva' as he is fondly referred to has evolved from humble beginnings to establish himself as one of the city's leading styling specialists, known especially for his innovative ideas. Having lost his father at the tender age of four, Shiva turned his focus to the one trade his family was renowned for. The Bhandary clan, his lineage, had in its ranks, many a professional hairdresser, revered for their commitment and artistry. With an intention of carving his personal identity, Shiva shifted his base to Mumbai in 1979 and took up a job at Star Salon, Bhandup. His passion won the respect and patronage of his clients and also the acknowledgment of his superiors who soon recognised his natural flair.
