Shroff Eye Centre Connaught Place Delhi

This place is completely in Shambles. Dr. Noshir M Shroff was rude and incorrectly interpreted the notes scribbled by their own staff. Their anaesthesiologists Dr. Vandana and Dr. A.K. Verma are vague in their explanation and they don't want to take any accountability of the well being of patient whom they are administering the anesthesia. They want an outside doctor to certify that the patient will not have any issues while they are going to administer anesthesia to the patient. My father had a low pulse rate and instead of offering any explanation of how they are going to tackle this scenario if any complication arises, they wanted us to get clearance from outside that it won't cause any problems so they don't have to be accountable in case anything happens. I would expect an eye centre of this size to have sufficient expertise internally to handle such cases or at least tell us upfront if they don't want to take up the case instead of offering lame excuses.
