Shweta Tours & Travels Nerul Mumbai

I was planning to travel from Mumbai to Pune. So i contacted this "Shweta Tours & Travels", Nerul. He gave a good response to me and took a self-driven car. He provided Hatchback type, Swift dezire car. The vehicle condition was good. it's a one day trip, he charged Rs 2000 for rent and Rs 3000 for deposit. This deposit money will be refundable also the trip was done. It was good i am fine.

I was looking for car rental service, for traveling within the city, finally, I got service from this travels, totally I took the rental service2 nights and one day, I paid 10260 for that service.the service was very poor. first, their response was pathetic. then the driver was not professional. he didn't even allow us to put AC and he was driving very slowly.

Very bad experience.... They charged more when compared to others that is 4300 from kharghar to alibaug... Plus my pick up location was kharghar and drop at andheri...but he was reluctant to drop at andheri.. But I couldn't cancel as had paid the advance... After repeatedly requesting he agreed to drop from kharghar to andheri by another vehicle... But after reaching after the tour he did not even pick up the phone.... Had to face lot of inconvenience at late night.... Though I paid the full price didn't get the service.....dont go for it... There are many cheap and better ones available

It was really a nice experience and at the same time a challenging feeling driving in the roads of Mumbai. Thanks to Shweta Tours and Travels for providing me the service at a competitive price. I'll surely recommend sulekha to my friends and fellow colleagues whenever they require such service in future.
