I had the worst experience with Sigma Labs. When the product was given for testing and when the complete test was not conducted as per the BIS standard, and on requesting that all the relevant tests be done to fullfill the requirements of the standard, i was yelled at and threatened by the CEO Mr Rahul Gupta that he will see to it that i will never get the BIS certification. This inspite of paying the full amount and for my request to do the testing as per the standards requirements very unprofessional
