Sleep Palace Velachery Chennai

I ordered a king size kurl-on luxurino mattress on 1-6-15. I was promised that the mattress would be delivered within 3 days or a week at the max. Also, I was promised 4 pillows and a bed protector along with the mattress. I chose this deal over the one offered by Kurl-on showroom (same mattress with 4 pillows for 50k but no protector). I paid all the amount in cash, as the POS machine didn't work. Mattress was not delivered on the three days, not in 7 days but after several visits and follow up calls, it was delivered 11 days later. However, only 2 pillows were delivered. I was again promised that the remaining 2 pillows will be delivered the next day. I've been following up since then but it as been 17 days since the mattress was delivered and 28 days since I booked and there is no sign of the remaining pillows. I visited the show room twice and made several follow up calls but I was only given false promises. It's been a total night mare dealing with sleep palace.
