Mr Majumder’s professional credentials include the Approved Valuer-Fellow Member, designation (FIV), granted by the Institution of Valuers India, a certified valuer of the Income tax department, Government of India & a High Court Company branch Valuer certified by Karnataka High Court, Govt. of Karnataka. Individuals earn these designations only after demonstrating high levels of valuation training and experience, and by proving their competence through a rigorous peer review process. In the past he has worked at the management levels with big property developers & managers in the project management team both in national and international real estate domain.
