A great institution in indiranagar for holistic health & wellness. Pursued the personal yoga trainer service by Mr. Sudhir Pal. Under his guidance my mother's thyroid levels are now normal & she also felt relief from her back & knee pain. Their group yoga classes & homeopathic treatments are also very good. Overall Soham Yog is a generous community of health conscious people guided by well qualified & big hearted practitioners like Dr.Neeraj Singh & Dr. Sameer Singh. The Yog Class at Soham Yog was a wonderful way for me to explore and experience yoga, meditation, mantra and music. All the teachers were masters in their art and provided a great stage for the group to growing and of Yog class, laugh! Beautifully nested in the himalayan foothills, this is an amazing place to practice yoga and meditation.
