Very disappointed with their service.I am old customer for this showroom have been visiting from 2011 , recently in Aug '20 purchased gift and used DB card payment. Found that their swipe machine had a fault due to which my amount got debited but they said its not credited to them hence did a separate Gpay.The manager spoke in high words that my amount will be credited back in 2 to 4 hours.But waited for 12 days and dint get the amount back. Have been reachimg to my bank folks but in vain.On same day wanted to purchase gold and other silver items , thank god i dint do it else i would have ended up in losing more money bcz of their swipe machine issue.
