Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Please read the entire review! DON'T BOOK THEM BECAUSE OF GOOGLE REVIW. IT'S ALL GAMIFIED BY THE OWNER. EVERYTIME THERE IS A BAD REVIEW THEY MAKE FAKE ACCOUNTS AND POST MANY FAKE GOOD REVIEWS TO DROWN THE GENUINE BAD REVIEWS. We went through their incredible reviews, did a tasting and booked them. Here are my pros and cons. Please consider those when you book them. Pros- The food tastes decent Cons - 1. They are tardy. Food came late on both accounts, breakfast n lunch 2. They definitely don't have experienced staff. If you're doing a traditional wedding, all your older relatives will complain because they don't know what to serve in what order 3. They missed out items while serving 4. My guests found hair in the food and told me about it, it was embarassing 5. My guests were kept hungry until the food arrived!!!! I wouldn't recommend them. They need much more experience and a lot of organization to crack the marriage market.

Thanks to "Sri Ram Caters" through the Google search I came to know this catering services .. I have just called the team & I spoked with Mr.suseendaran (Such a kind person) he Immediately shared the breakfast and lunch menus to my WhatsApp . Then through the online we made the payment...On time @ 6.30 am food have came and the services from suseendaran and team was very attractive and clean...Food was delicious and the services was uniformed...
