Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Worst service provider. Their app & portal are pathetic. Trying to book health checkup from a week but unable to do so. They only say its free but when you try to book it you cant do it.

Good experience with Star Health Insurance from Indira Nagar. They have given very quick response, I applied for travel insurance for Sri Lanka trip. Insurance premium is Rs. 3595 for 90 days validity with one lakh US dollars Insurance coverage. Completed the process within 2 days in the timeline they said. I'm satisfied with Star Health Insurance also, the premium they provided is reasonable.

the service was pathetic ... they will make sure that you have to go round round after them. I Believe what I asked of them to do could be done by myself in less time and money
