Service Not Up to the Mark!

The bill amount is 971 rupees but, they swiped our card 1330 rupees, they are trying to cheat customers

I contacted Surya Firm, Velachery to buy an inverter for my house. I purchased one Microtek inverter and one Exide battery. The charges I paid totally is Rs.18000. The inverter is working fine.I am happy with the service.

I have some issue in my Wet grinder, so I have contacted this service center and there only I bought this Wet Grinder. they service person to check the grinder and rectified the issue, they charged me an only 90 for the service. And completed the work within a day overall service was done being happy with great service.

Cheating shop...I bought 2 chairs for Rs 2000. While buying the product the said delivery charge is Rs 50, after we came home they call us and told give Rs 250 delivery charge to the driver ... Distance from my home to shop is just 10 mins...When I ask them they said if u don't want the product cancel it but u have to pay 250 delivery for that also... now a days this kind of shops are do cheating in different ways...
