Average service provided by Swapan Aya Centre, Narendrapur. I requested for the full-time maid (8 hours) to my home to do household works like mopping, cleaning, kitchen works, and some baby related work. They sent 1 lady maid to my home. She just joined 10 days before in my home in this she took 2 days to leave and 7 days arrived late to my home. I felt the service should be improved more. Also, they quoted a high price for a maid. Initially, they quoted Rs 5800. But, later they changed their mind and fixed the monthly salary of Rs 7200. I feel the charge would have pretty high.
