Tata Indicom Broadband Purasawalkam Chennai

Tata Indicom is the Worst Service Provider in every sense. Firstly I have been forced to use their connection as these people have paid high bribe and no other service provider is allowed to give broadband connection in my locality. Secondly *there rates are too high*. I have been charged 649 + service tax = 700 + Rs every month for a pathetic speed of 256 kbps. Thirdly *there Customer Care Service is worst.* Once you take there connection they are least bother to listen to your complaints/requests. From last one year I want to upgrade my connection but no action has been taken yet. The only option to upgrade is to close the connection and take new connection. Fourthly - You never get back your security deposit back. I had one more connection which I had to close and till today I haven't got the security deposit back. You will have to keep going to there outlets/offices for collecting the money. I visited their office atleast 5 times , after that I gave up , coz nobody can waste there precious time and money for 500 rs. Fifthly-> Nobody response to your complaints on there customer care helpline number. You will end up writing mails to Nodal Officer etc for small issues. Please save your money and time. Don't use Tata Indicom Broadband connection.

Tata Indicom internet service I am using in which I am getting proper speed and the monthly rental is Rs1100,it is a unlimited service but last some days the connectivity is not there and there is no response from their side,it is an average service.

For my personal usage I am using Tata indicom and I am getting 3.1mbps with unlimited plan.It is the post paid connection and I am paying Rs 1000per month.I am happy with the services from them because I am getting the promised speed.

I bought broadband connection last week here. its excellent fast. Downloading files in few minutes. Its compact to carry with my laptop. Easy to connect where ever i am. .
