Your sales person by name R. Kumar came to repair my kent and told me that entire parts to be changed and it will cost Rs8500. He suggested I buy a new one and installed a new machine on 8th July 2014. two days later it stopped working. I am desperately contacting him and no response. I am dissatisfied with the service and take immediate action to rectify and replace it with a new kent
