It has been an exhausting effort trying to get my money back for services not rendered in 2024. I had received an email on 2nd Apr 2024, confirming that the refund would be processed by 30th Jun 2024. Last minute on 29th Jun, MaidAid requested for an extension again to 30Aug2024! Again, last planned payment day, 30th Aug, they sprung a surprise again and stated that they need another month to return my money back. Truly a frustrating experience getting my money back when I need it the most. They are also not responsive on emails and WhatsApp. My travails continue, will update status if this has an happy ending :-(
