We have been members here for longtime. We were visiting with family and stayed here in guest rooms. We had very bad experience. All bathrooms smelled really bad. We complained but every time they just added air fresheners. Air conditioning in two rooms did not work at all. Other rooms it was on and off. Also for 2 days internet access (wifi) did not work. Almost everyday, room electronic key needed to be reset. Food service was bad also. Servers were rude. Food was cold. When we complained, they argued. Overall, it was extremely disappointing experience. We would never stay again at Sports Club rooms.
