I am using BSNL internet in Doddakannehalli, sarjapur road. before few month back this TTN cheater agent appeared at my house and told me about their plan. I was surprised by their cheap plans and thought to give a try. the agent told me that if it will not work properly they will refund my money.<br/><br/>so I asked them to provide a connection and paid money. they managed to make internet working in 1day. then problem started, daily I have to call their agent to fix internet issues. during holidays the internet goes off for days, they don't even pick my call. it was like purely one month harassment. then in the middle of the month I asked that guy to refund my money. he said fine he will refund after that he stopped picking up calls. I called TTN customer care. they said they will help me with refund but till date I never received any refund.<br/><br/>I even mail them at their email address. everytime when I mailed they calls me and gives false promises.<br/><br/>I will strongly suggest not to use TTN.

One of the worst service provider in HSR. I took a connection of 10 MBPS for 1 mnth,But unfortunately I am only getting speed of 1 MBPS,more over if you raise your issue they wont listen or call back also.after 2 3 mails and call they will call you and will say we will send some body to your room again you have to wait for 4 5 days. Not at all recomded
