Tikona Broadband Thane West, is best internet network provider. I took for my office.The speed is amazing compare to another Network. This is a very big company that provide the internet service to every location in the city .Their service is really good and the internet is working well at all place.They provide nominal internet packs for their customers.

Availed internet connection from this provider. Their service is fine and they made free installation of the connection. Have opted for the monthly plan which is 870 with normal speed. Delighted to obtain service here.

Availed internet connection through this internet service provider.The service from this internet service provider is not satisfied as the signal strength and connectivity speed not good.Charged me Rs 1000 per 60 GB.Discontented with the service.

On Thursday I moved to Thane and a friend referred Tikona for broadband connection. I contacted Sales person, he promised, "Sir, your order it now, I will get Installation done today". I booked Tikona service from website as suggested, but guy did not share installation engineer's number until next day. I called installation engineer 5-6 times to book a time slot, he rejected all calls. Till now installation is not done. Worst first experience.
