Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

He did not complete the work and will not pick up the call. Very unprofessional behaviour. Worst service i have ever seen.

I had done the work properly but due to rain the entire seat went up. I had not done the cement work but this customer did not give me time to reduce the size. This customer said that I had done the cement work for a long time. But I am not doing this because they said wrong words to me a lot and even threatened me with the police.
