Pious is a cheater. I had spent 30k for my water proofing and still it has started leaking from day 1

I had a leak in one of the bathroom which was the main intent of getting water proofing. I spend Rs60,000 but the problem still persists. I have been trying to follow up on the issue but every time I get a new date for visits. Even this team has posted pictures of my house terrace showcasing the proofing but the actual problem is still not resolved. It is almost going to be 1month. l am still hoping that Mr Pais would resolve the issue. I was also told that I will get a certificate giving guarantee for waterproofing but that also I have not received yet.

In my Apartment terrace we had some crack in the ceiling. Rain water was dripping inside. so I contacted this Waterproofing contractor. They sent me 2 persons and they took 1 day to complete the work. I felt there was no sufficient manpower. Overall I paid Rs. 7500. It was a average service.
