Very bad service, Address is wrong, you can not reach him. He do not pick. I have paid the advance. Not sure, how to deal with him and get my money back. Can someone guide me how handle this guy.

Very bad service.. They take advance and not give it back.. They are delayed their work and not take calls..finally after two weeks they attend my call and they came .take one part of sofa and went for stitching and told me will come with in two days,now they are not picking my call and no idea about what they are doing ..Ohhh am fed up with this repair services..On our first call they will come fast and buy their half amount advance,then not picking calls and no responses. Very bad....hoo yesterday they came and fix half part and told me that they will do half work on tomorrow morning..when i contact they told me will come 2 pm,next call ,,will come 4 pm..next call will come 5 pm...after that not picking calls and then swithed off...what a horrible people..don,t trust them....
