I, Umang, believe that music in itself is healing. It's an explosive expression of humanity. It is something which we all touched by. No matter what culture we are from, everyone loves music. As music has healing power, it can take people out of themselves for a few hours. For me, money is always my second priority when it comes to music. This course is designed for students with no previous guitar experience. Students will receive guidance and direction in solving problems related to playing the guitar at a beginning level and will learn many of the different styles, skills and techniques required to become a successful guitarist. Areas of concentration include correct posture, note reading, aural skills, flat-picking, singing songs, rhythmic patterns, chord study, finger-picking styles, musical forms, improvisation and performing experiences.

Umang is truly fantastic teacher. As a beginner learning the guitar umang sir was able to take a methodical approach to teaching me and help me to learn at my own pace. Each and every lesson at with him is informative, interesting and fun.

Learning to play the guitar from Umang is an absolutely amazing experience! His classes are fabulous and great fun to attend. He keeps in mind student's abilities, grasping power and the time they can devote to this wonderful instrument and structures classes accordingly. He is devoted and each class is a one to one session where a student gets his complete and undivided attention which is extremely rare in these days and in the age of commercialization of the arts. I feel Umang is passionate about his music, he is passionate about his teaching, he is an extremely patient teacher, a gifted artist, wonderful person and friend.
