If negative star would have been an option then that would go for them. These people have no commitment with their job. Ordered products in bulk and they insisted to pay the full amount in advance. Now they are unable to deliver the products stating reasons that sounded like school kids. No links with why they cannot deliver on time. Never in my life have I missed my commitments with the task I take at hand. Thanks to Unique Solutions, this will be my first. Never going to do any sort of business with them in the future EVER! Whoever read this I hope you make a wise decision and don't spend your money with these dealers.

I purchased 2ton 5star ac from this shop ,it?s very cheap compared to other shops in Kolkata so must buy products from unique solution only

Owner has taken advance money, when he couls not deliver the material, he asked for higher amount and order was cancelled. Refund was executed but rs2800/- is still pending more than 12 months passed, he has now stopped receiving my calls.

I'm an Interior Designer and had deal with Mr. Shantanu Mukherjee earlier. But this time I had a very bad experience with their services. Because of their unexplained cause my Interior work of a site get delayed. Everyday they came up with new reasons for not delivering the AC. I transferred the payment on 7.9.19 after knowing it's availability with him. But till today 18.09.19 didn't get my product. And also didn't received a receipt copy, invoice or anything. Last Monday tried to call Mr. Mukherjee while his phone was picked up by employee Mr.Basu, who had no idea of it, neither he knew any order of an AC. Now I just fed up and asking them to return my money back as early as possible by today, so that I can purchase the new one from somewhere else. It doesn't matter what discount you get on product, the important thing is the trust, the relationship and transparency. I could have wait more, but if you were telling me the truth Mr. Mukherjee! Thanks.

Good service and the response I got from Unique Solution, Behala.I Purchased Voltas 1.5 Tonn Ac from this dealer for home purpose. Their response was good and they explained the features clearly. The customer's approaches are really good at this centre and they gave a warranty for AC. The installation will also be done by them also. The price of Ac is also very reasonable. Overall I am satisfied with their service and response.
