Worst medical claim settlement. Don't trust this company . Since from June i am waiting for the claim settlement. Mediassist is my TPA from United India insurance.. TPA is making us sick by not working properly. I don't know whether these people are working sincerely and professionaly. Horrible experience . I don't want to recomend this insurance company. Honestly these people are cheating us. Government should overtake TPA also. I heard group insurance they look forward, what about individuals, we are not human beings who are paying more premium .
