I have got my Nokia Lumia 925 insured through them for an year. After 6 months i have dropped my phone and its display screen blacked out. I contacted Universal Insurance and their executive took my phone and returned it back after 20 days saying my application is rejected and my claim cant be given. And when I contacted the customer care to inquire about the same, they very unprofessionally and rudely told me that my phone is being tempered before from some local vendor. I tried to explain that its not as wen the phone is insured why would i show it some local vendor but they clearly disagreed to same. I have been following up on mails and calls with them for more than 2 months now. But no response. Its a fraud which they have done.....
