This consultancy is the biggest fraud that i have seen . I had spoken to lady by name Rosy from universal services as i wanted a maid for my house. They sent me a maid by name vijaya laxmi who stayed with me for 3 weeks . She stole my child's jewellery and some cash and left home while me and my husband were not around. I spoke to the agency again and Rozy says she llo call me back its been 4 weeks already and the maid and the agent does not pick my call . they have been ignoring my calls. Kindly do not use their services. Its all joined venture between the agency and the maids there. They come across as so innocent and nice and show true colors in some time of bein home.
