Its a sweet and small place, food is amazing too, all organic and fresh, they just don't advertise it very well. I highly recommend Utsav Restaurant to anyone in and around BTM layout!!! Chilly chicken is hot n delicious starter to order before picking anything else from menu. It melts in your mouth.Utsav Restaurant 's Biryani is very tasty and worth to the price paid. I liked the biriyani, it was yummy! My friends had non veg meals with chicken butter chicken with hot phulkas & sizzling paneer & aloo chilly. I think it was absolutely delicious.
