Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Hello I Mr pravin i had came from bhy west to service my Activa to Mr. ADV GIRISH I said him to service my Activa For normal service and I said him my break switch is not working properly so check it but after service as it is not working ?? and other I said him to change the rusted ?? Boult and from break linear it was making noise so he said that I will clean it but as usual it's making noise from break linear and he didn't washed my Activa and I think so he is unresponsible I did not like his coordination how he was talking to me he gave me bill and said that go on cash counter pay the bill mr girish why is the Honda scooter prot 5 and PMK kit I asked him he didn't gave me the answer KMS Cov.8102.00

Very rude behavior of the staff. The advisor behaves as if he has done a favour. They treat customer like dogs and dupe them. Poor customer who does know know about AMC falls under their trap. They will always tell you to extend the AMC and then charge heavily on every visit. They lie a lot on the services done. They don't even explain the work done. They first take money before showing the bike to the customer. I had to literally fight in order to get things done. More than services they sell their products. They also fool customers in buying unnecessary products. Even on free services which clearly mentions zero labour charge they charge extra. If you are visiting this service centre then be cautious. Their services is also not upto mark.
