VG Sales Samsung Brand Shop Dundahera Ghaziabad

Never buy any product from VG Sales bcz yesterday i purchased a refrigerator and it delivered to me they ask for huge amount of delivery charges and when i unpacked the product i founded that its a defected refrigerator so i called the VG sales to replace it they talked me very rudely and hung up the phone so i called again and they insulted me over the phone and also denied to replace the product and again hung up the call, so please be careful from them because at the time they will treat you as god and after purchasing the product they will treat you like beggar and they will insult you, so my personal suggestion is to not to any product from VG sales shop no-3/150 Gt road model town ghaziabad

Utterly disgusting/rude sales agents and to store would never recommend anyone to buy from them,however the TV came late in the evening it was Dhanteras to our utter surprise the TV was borken , we immediately took it back to the showroom, the staff was so rude as if i was surprised if these were the guys who were talking to me earlier in the day, and to add to the agony these guys said that they cant do anything call samsung cusomer care and it will take 20 days for them to either fix it or replace it but that will only be handled by samsung service center not them.
