Videocon Auth Service Centre Andheri East Mumbai

I have logged complaint on date 25-09-2018 thru a phone call regarding our LED TV issue. We have taken 5 yrs Warrenty however The service man Mr. Santosh came to our resident on 26-09-2018, and take service charges Rs. 700.00/-(complaint Sr No-110814110133702872 and his Job No. 2509180194). still our issue is not resolved. Even We have made repeated attempts to get in touch with customer care contact numbers and customer care email IDs multiple times however unable to establish contact with them... Very bad service....

Repaired my tv which was having problem,so I contacted this center .they came and checked and found part had to be replaced and he told that the parts replacing will cost near to 6000, so my wife decided to pay the visiting charge which was around 500.but the repair was done by my known person where it cost very less.on the whole, I had a very bad experience with them

Ordered 2 Used ACs at this dealer for my office. It is a videocon branded AC and one is of 1.5 ton capacity and another is 2 ton capacity. They charged 36,500 for 2 ton AC and 25,000 for 1.5 ton AC. Totally they quoted me 61,500 for 2 ACs. The response is good from them. I am waiting for the ACs to be delivered. I feel the service and respose from them is just an average.

TV in my home was not working properly facing some display problem,so changed display in Videocon Auth Service Centre..their service was good as they responded well,I am very glad with their service..they have charged me some moderated amount for the service..

For parts issue with my Videocon refrigerator , I contacted this authorized service centre and paid them Rs60 approx. They have given me the satisfaction spare product and service.

All of a sudden there was a burnt smell in our Videocon micro wave oven. The wire got burnt. Many vendors promised to come but never turned up so Finally we are going to engage Videocon Service Center as I feel they would be the best option
