Purchased Washing Machine from this Videocon Service Centres.they have charged me 30000 with the discounts.they did free home delivery and installation to my home.They have given warranty period.Sales person showed me different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one.Glad to purchase from this vendor..

My Refrigerator gas leakage was rectified by Mr. Avinash from this Service Centre. He has charged a total of Rs. 1200/- plus extra 100/- for new defrost drain water bowl which he said will be replaced very next day. Till today no one came to attend it. Nobody pickup their two contact numbers. Videocon customer service says the complaint is forwarded. I am using other methods to defrauder the refrigerator.. I would say, DO NOT PAY any advance to this unprofessional people and if possible think twice before buying any Videocon Product.

My TV Bazooco 1000w was facing some display problem and it was rectified by Videocon Service Centers within 2days,they charged me Rs300 only for this very good job,they had professional and expert engineers to help their customers.

Drum was not rotating in our Washing Machine. Videocon Service Centre made us to feel relaxed and within the promised time they rectified the defect. It is perfectly working now.

The engineer had visited to my home to repair my Videocon TV from authorized service center Videocon Service ,the TV is facing some color and channel problem he told he will take Rs350 and he will change some part also but he will not give any warranty or guarantee for the part,so I had did the service from them.

No video display in our Videocon TV and that’s the reason why we approached Videocon Service Centre. Their staff's are friendly and created a lively atmosphere. Their service was on time and effective. Big round of applause for their service.
