Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

On 7 November 2022, I took my father(Kanniappan E) to Vijaya hospital for a general checkup. They checked there and told me that the blood level was low and that the stent would have to be removed for that my father would have to be hospitalized for two days, to which I agreed. Before their hospitalization, my father was in good physical condition, meaning he could walk, eat and do chores. On Monday night (7-11-2022) they gave an anti-biotic injection without any pre-examination. After a few seconds of taking the antibiotic, Dad said something was going on, and we told the nurse, but they said nonchalantly that it would be. A few minutes later, he passed out and the pulse stopped. After that, only the nurses came and after half an hour of struggle, they did chest compressions, gave oxygen through the mouth, and then shifted my father from the normal ward to the ICU ward. I asked to reason with a doctor about this, but the doctor only told me what happened after ICU admission.

I have availed the service for a family member at Vijaya Hospital, Vadapalani in an emergency situation due to nervous collapse. they treated very well and handled the emergency situation, good doctors that are expert in neurology, ortho etc. due to emergency they charged 175000 for the whole treatment, now the health issue got cured they even given some medicine for recovery and overall it was an excellent service from them.

To visit this hospital for ENT specialist from this Vijaya Hospital in Vadapalani, Chennai.I paid 1000 for treatment.They are providing good hospitality.I'm very satisfied about their service.

For heart problem,was looking for cardiologist.And contacted Vijaya hospital and took treatment here.I paid Rs.500 for the consultation and Rs.100 for the registration.For scan and all i paid Rs.4100.They did little late.Am ok with their overall response from them.
