The staff was totally unprofessional The first question I asked was whether they would vacuum the floor and carpets. I clearly told them I did not want cupboard vacuuming. The person I talked to Dilip did not pick up the phone later, the same phone was picked up by a colleague who knew nothing about our contract. Dilip sent some others along very late (more than an hour) without any briefing. Those who came did not have a vacuum cleaner fitting which would clean the floor-they used a broom and lied to me that they had vacuumed the floor. They took a very long time to do work, the mop used was primitive, they rushed over the dusting when they thought I wasn't looking, they expected me to supervise them like I would do a maid even though I was paying them to work without supervision and eventually I sent them away without completing the work NEVER GO TO THESE GUYS THEY'RE THE PITS
