    We need split AC so we have purchased new AC from this vendor Viveks Ltd, Tambaram West, They charged me the nominal amount, In this shop various AC brand available, Their response is not up to my expectation and doesn't satisfied.so I feel ok with this vendor.

    Preferably I chose this showroom to buy a new Samsung 1.5 Split AC, Their customer service and the response was good, they have quoted me 46000 for that AC purchase.And installation was free, I am satisfied with my purchase as they responded me well also gave a 10-year warranty.Customer service was pleased and also installation was done in a good manner.

    Brought an Ac from this agent , They provided me an expected one, I preferred a Voltas inverter Ac 1.5 ton Ac only, They have given me a warranty and did the installation, In that shop demo showing approaches are really good, And the cost of the Ac is around 40000 which I was paid, but they forced me for the delivery charges and they charge me for delivery 100 extra, they said no charges for the delivery so I feel it was an average service

    I purchased Panasonic split AC from this shop and purchased it for 30000.I had no issues with mine AC and I am quite happy with their service also delivery was done on time but the free installation service which they provided proved to be very delaying once and it made me unhappy with that so based on their procrastination to service I would rate them as average.
