Since the inception of Vivid Kreations a little over nine years ago, the business has grown rapidly. The company has several competency verticals – civil (architecture); hospitality (hotels & restaurants), office interiors and Retail & Residential Interiors. All of these groups have enjoyed tremendous success. Office interiors has completed in Bangalore ICICI One source, Spice Towers at Richmond Road, Shankara Pipes, Nagel Special Machines Pvt. Ltd. and many, many more, with sizes ranging from 5000 to 300,000sft, completed in impressive time frames. Retail Interior works have been very successfully implemented with time bound and quality finishes of fit outs. Spice Hot Spots, Boutiques in Leela Palace and Ajamaxx-Designer wear and Adelchi -Italian foot ware showroom are few of the noted projects in Bangalore. Currently team is involved in design of all Titan -jewel division outlets and Zarah chain of boutiques all over the country. Hospitality projects: Presently the construction team is mobilizing for execution work of 3.5 Lac sft Sterling Mac Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, Boutique hotel. They also managed the construction (i.e. as a sub contractor) room fit out, restaurant work of the second Royal Orchid Hotel tower. These and many other works are part of our experience and existing customer list. We also give end to end turnkey solutions-Design Construction Management with a backbone of skilled and experienced Project Management team. Vivid Kreations-Project Management Division is presently handling island development projects in the Republic of Maldives and some other corporate and hotel projects locally in Bangalore and Pune.
