Vodafone Store Goregaon East Mumbai

The most horrible experience at Vodafone Goregaon east station road store and Vodafone customer service!! The guys have no clue what rules and regulations are applicable for loss of sim!! Spoke to 6 people at customer service and all different rules!! And asking me about professionalism!! Store forgot to submit request and now after 22 hours still no activation of sim!! Worst service provider and worst customer service. just a bunch of professional liars!!

Extremely poor services, i submitted all the docs for transfer of ownership of a phone number, its been over 3 weeks no response and i have been calling customer care every alternate day however no body knows what to do there. I have been using Vodafone for almost 6 years now and its really frustrating they way they handle customer issues.

This is sneha menon here. I had requested for transfer of ownership I was told it would take3-4 working days.. BUT IT IS MORE THAN 2 Weeks, I Still have not got the ownership changed.. I visited the store twice, but am told that the paper work is done.. But, when I call up the customer care, they say nothing has been submitted in system yet.. It is a pathetic service giving away false promises to customers and making them do run from pillar to post without any actions. i am very dissatisfied with the service of this gallery.

I am using Vodafone Mobile Connection, its a prepaid plan and I used to Top Up for 20 Rs. Good network coverage and very prompt customer service, I am glad of choosing this network.
