VRL kirtinagar failed to hand over my luggage in right time. They gave my luggage to another person. They waited me approximately 3 hrs at their branch and rudely answered me that "your luggage was exchanged, if you want this wait here for more time unless go to dwarka collect your luggage from that wrongly delivered home." This is the way how they treat customers and care of their belongings. Till now I did not receive my luggage. My LR number is 1044043697. If any doubt just track this.
