Total fraud. Came to repaid pureit water filter. Provided fake parts and took AMC. After that water filter fail to work continuously, water leakage is happening. Tried to reach them. Most of the contact numbers are out of reach. One number is active, but nobody turned up after repeated communication. Please ban such service providers.

Fraud, fake, cheats, pretend to be from Puriet, mishandle filters, change parts, charge bombs, cheated twice of Rs.5000 altogether

Had water purifier issue, the person who as taken license or running the ??business should be canceled, pasha he is taking money and fake service and fake purifier filters as placed. And water is leaking from the purifier outside of the lead and outlet pipe as taken 6000 ra for replacing filter tubes and controller, now no one is recievieng the call and he is speaking vulgarly.

I wish google had an option to negative marking. These people are fraud. They charged us 4K for one filter and then its stopped working within a week. Infact we never called them and only raised complaint at faber and these people got number from them and called and we thought its from faber. Later only when we checked the bill we realised its some other vendor named water solutions. When we called faber again they said they never send other vendors. Now forget about the filter not even purifier working. These people are total fraud and we became victim, faber definately have hands in it else how would they know we have raised complaint with faber. These ppl will never pickur call. Fraud total

I am the latest victim of this fraudster named Tanseer Pasha. Took money for AMC. used local duplicate filters and RO is not working within a week of him doing service. Is not picking the calls. Even if he responds 1 out of 20 calls he will promise to send the technician but no one will turn up. Even Kent seems to be hand in glove with these kind of vendors. I will say avoid Kent if you are planning to buy a water purifier.
