The primary concern is the lack of timely payment. Furthermore, at the end of the year, I experienced significant disagreements and arguments with the management regarding outstanding payments. This not only soured the experience but also left me feeling undervalued despite my dedication to the students and the work. I hope this review helps potential teachers make an informed decision. It's essential to prioritize workplaces that respect and support educators both professionally and financially. By the end of the year, it escalated to heated arguments about unpaid dues , leaving me feeling disrespected and unappreciated despite my efforts in the classroom.
