Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Beware of Aqua Plus – Fraud Alert! Aqua Plus falsely claims to be an authorized service center for Kent RO. They sent someone who wasn’t even a qualified engineer to service my RO. After the so-called servicing, the RO stopped working and started beeping continuously. They charged me Rs. 300 and promised that all services would be free for a month. However, when I contacted them to resolve the issue, they began ignoring my calls. After multiple attempts, they finally answered only to say I now have to pay Rs. 4,000 to fix the problem they caused! This company is clearly running a scam. They are NOT authorized and are only here to cheat customers. Do NOT use their services. They are frauds. Stay away!

Very bad service . Pls don't take AMC. I am going to file the case to that company after 8 July.

This is a worst company. They will behave very good when they give us AMC and take money from us but once you paid money, they will not attend any compalint. I am following up with them from Last 10 days for their technician to visit our house for RO service but they are making our phool. Everytime they says, we are sending and sometime their person goes back from half ways due to some family problems. They are really disgusting. I strongly recommend NOT TO TAKE their services. Very bad service... do not take services from this company

Do not use these fake and cheat service providers. They are not certified and lure you to do an AMC with them, which they don't honour later.

Whole company is made of crooks and thiefs. Give priority and fast first service and lure to get AMC. Then they ignore customers like rats and dogs. RO not working complaint pending since 15 days, no visit. Called up 30+ times. Technician never visit, gives all kind of excuses. Call center refuses to give technician number. They can't even send a SMS from their advance CRM. Supervisor never available to speak on the phone. Spoke to folks named Nizam, Salman, Rahul. All of them will say will send a technician tomorrow, and then comes the next day. Simply pathetic and money down the drain. Such pathetic company's should be fined heavily and everyone jailed for life term. Shame on them. (invoice number 139)
