3 C’s has been formed for training the younger generation in communication skills bringing out their creative abilities and boosting self confidence levels. As we the teachers play a very vital role in shaping the future generation, 3C’s also plans to help train teachers in better understanding of child psychology, fine tuning teaching methodology by working alongside with them, through innovative interactive sessions. The chief trainer Mrs. Shailaja Nair has gained rich knowledge through 15 years of teaching experience at various levels. She has worked with toddlers and also with college students. She is Montessori trained and has attended training programs and seminars on innovative educational techniques. She has been actively involved in training children and young adults (2.5 yrs to 21 yrs) in Spoken English, Soft Skills, building self confidence and personality development.
