Worst service ever !! Our Samsung washing machine got repaired by these guys initially and charged 4500 Rs by looting 450 to visit, 300 for initial check up etc. etc., and promised 2 years of warranty. 3-4 days later we had a similar breakdown and this time they don't respond properly. Every time a lady picks up the call and says technician will call you today and no body will show up/call. This happened for 2 weeks. I warned the lady that I'm filing a case against their service center for not providing good service and on her for giving me false promises every time. Please, don't believe these people. Number one cheaters.

I have logged a complaint in the consumer court against them. People who have been cheated by them please reach out at cp160989@gmail.com and I will together drag them to justice for their sins. These guys told us that our spin motor is burnt and needs replacement and charged us 1950 for it. They also charged 450 for service and promised 6 months warranty. Machine broke again in 7 days or service and now they wont visit.

Worst service centre don't trust them

Don't even try this.. they will take your machine and then stop responding

Very worst and pathetic service they are big fraud people main person owner worst employees very unprofessional in their job they took one month to change just a wire in my machine and also damage my samsung washing machine condition they don't even respond to the calls please don't get cheated with this ace machinery and service centre horrible experience till date.

Had a problem with my Siemens Washing machine , they replaced the rotor belt with a "new" belt saying it had six months warranty , 15 days down the line this belt tears up to pieces with minimal usage of machine . Tried contacting the service agency since last 8 days and they always lie saying technician is on way . A complete fraud company - beware of these people at all costs.
