The experience is 0 star. The issue is we tried to contact the cargo department by call at nagpur atleast 30 40 times no response. The booking no. no response, the call centre says no numbers provided for nagpur so they gave delhi number. Delhi number not responsive. the bombay number not picked up. <br/>NOW WHAT COMPLAINT CAN BE LODGED? KIND ATTENTION MR. NARENDRA MODI WHO IS SPEAKING OF ALL THE MODERNIZATION.<br/>SHOULD AIR INDIA BE SHUT DOWN, IF IT IS NOT IN A POSITION TO CATER TO PUBLIC DEMANDS.
