Refrigerator (Fridge) Repair

This is one of the worst service provider, i called for fridge repair for not getting cooled. They said thermostat & relay has gone and charged me Rs1100. But problem was not solved. Technician named syed visited our house, he did not even give the recipt for the amount recvd, he said it will be sent thru mail...but nothing recvd till now...pls dont trust this company. Iam thinking to complain regarding this
