It is one of the well known hospitals in Salt Lake. But their service is below poor. During a recent encounter, my aged mother waited for 3 hours for a Covid test, only to be told that they will not do it. Reason being they only do the tests on their own patients or patients who are under their own doctors. This crucial information was not told to her when she reached there in the morning and asked all the details. She was duly asked to wait from 10am. The lady who would perform the tests turned up after 1.30pm. This is their level of professionalism and service. And to top it all, they behaved really badly with her as well.

I have taken scans from this Hospital. Their service was very good as they were very experienced and cooperative. Staffs were very responsive. They charged Rs 1200 for the scan and gave the report on time. I am satisfied with their service.

My nearest relative Mr. Soumendu Sarkar, M/56yrs. admitted in Anandalok Hospital, CK-44, Saltlake City Branch with seribral stroke on 3rd Sept'2015 (Bed No.205). Till 15th Sept'2015 no remarkable improvement seen and the Hospital authority offered us to shift the patient to ventilation, then we have decided to shift the patient to INK, kolkata with verbal consent of Anandalok Hosp. Accordingly, the patient discharged with own risk. At the time of release all bills of Rs.76000/- (approx) paid. The medicine of Rs.1400/-(approx.) handedover to us and on duty nurse told us that, this unused medicine will be used to ongoing treatment. But, the INK, Kolkata refused to use any out side medicine then we requested on telephone to take back the said Medicine on sympathetic ground but they are refused, at last the authority agreed to give any other available medicine. In fact which is useless to us. So, our Rs.1400/- is forfeited. Yet, Anandalok is a charitable Hospital is it expectable?
